We received an amazing users ticket about how to let buddypress membership plugin support learndash, we guess mabye many users have similar requirements, we are happy to reply this question publicly:
The question is:
I just purchased your buddypress membership plugin. I use BuddyPress for LearnDash. When the plugin is activated, it works well with BuddyPress, but all LearnDash Pages are not viewable on user accounts. How do I configure the plugin to make LearnDash Courses open to BuddyPress members?
We checked learndash plugin, it is a great LMS plugin, which can help webmaster to ” Easily create & sell courses, deliver quizzes, award certificates, manage users, download reports”, it is a premium plugin.
So the first solution do it by use our buddypress plugin component access control options
Please login wordpress admin area, then open “bp members only” menu item, click “bp components” sub menu item,you will open “buddypress members only components” settings panel, the URL should looke like https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bpmembercomponentonly, the panel looks like this:
In buddypress membership only components panel, you will find you can open buddypress standard components based on user roles, also you will find you can open customized components too, please just enter your learndash buddypress plugins’ component name in “open customized components” text area, then all these customized components will open to learndash users automatically, you can settings access permission to open a buddypress component or restrict a buddypress coomponent based on user roles.
Of course, In some times, if your 3rd plugins did not add a component name, when we have another solution, you can still enter URLs of any pages via buddypress membership “customized URL Restricts” panel, please just enter Urls in “Opened customized URLs” or “Closed Customized URLs” option based on users roles, it looks like this:
Our buddypress membership plugin have a series of options / switches that restrict buddypress membership access permissions, if your buddypress plugin support buddypress component API, then all of this kind of 3rd plugin can works well with our buddypress membership plugin, else, you can use our buddypress URL access control list to restricts your pages which generated by 3rd plugins 🙂
please note, we are not promise support all plugins with our buddypress membership plugin automatically, that is impossible, if these solution do not support your plugin, you can still hire us to integrate your 3rd plugin with our buddypress membership plugin.

We received an users ticket which asked a question:
We guess maybe many users have this question, for save users’ time to build the buddypress private network more faster, we are very happy to answer this question publicly 🙂
By default, once activate buddypress members only plugin, our buddypress membership plugin will make your site as a private buddypress network, that means, after installing this pro plugin, if guests try to access any of the restricted pages it will send them to the login page or your membership landing page, you can even restrict homepage to guests, this is based on most users requested, then you can open any pages and the whole network to uses like this way:

All pages listed in opened page URLs option will opened to buddypress non-members users, and if them open other pages, they will be redirected to the “Register Page URL” — of course, you can enter any buddypress membership landing page in this option 🙂
In admin area, please click “BP Members Only” menu item, then click optional settings sub menu item, you will open “Buddypress Members Only Optional Settings”:

Please checked “only protect my buddypress pages” option, then all wordpress posts / pages … and so on will open to users automatically, at the same time, all buddypress pages will be locked, all non-members users can view wordpress pages, but when they want to view buddypress members only pages, they will be redirected to your buddypress membership landing page 🙂
Please click BP Components sub menu item, then you will find you can open all buddypress standard components based on user roles, for example, you can just open front user component to guest, but open members component to subscriber user, and open groups component or friends component to customer users… and so on. 🙂
buddypress private network customized URLs
Please click “Customized URL Restricts” sub menu item to open “Buddypress Members Only Customized URL Setting” panel, then you can restricts specified URL based on user roles, for example, you can closed https://yourdomain.com/support only for user role customer,
and you can opened https:yourdomain.com/product for guest user role, support use placeholders %username% and %sitename% to protect your customized URLs pages, this feature is released at buddypress membership pro 3.3.2 based on a few amazing users feature requests.
Since buddyrpess members only 3.3.6, in Buddypress Members Only Optional Settings Panel, we added new option “restrict home page”, as you know, in general we will open homepage to guest, but now you can restrict home page to non-member users, if you enabled “restrict home page” option, the homepage will be restricted to guest too, in this case, if guest try to open your home page, they will be redirected to register page or redirect page which you setting at Opened Pages Panel.
Of course, if you do not enable “restrict home page” option, the home page of the site will open to guest
So it is very easy to build a buddypress private network via a few minutes, also we have many other helpful functionality, for example, you can decide redirect URL after login and redirect URL after logout based on user roles.
more features for example, one click to create memberships levels, charge membership money with our buddypress woocommerce payment gateway plugin … and so on.

Based on an amazing user’s request, we have released a new version of buddypress membership plugin 3.6.4, in this version, we added a new option ” Use Permanent 301 Redirect Instead of Temporary 302 Redirect” in Buddypress Members Only Optional Settings
When users open a members only page, if the user have no permission to view the page, we will redirect users to your specified landing page — in general we use a 302 temporary redirect to do this. if you enabled this option, you can use 301 redirect instead of 302 redirect, generally speaking, a 301 permanent redirect is better for search engine optimization than a temporary redirect. You can find redirect settings in here
This will change redirect methods when:
1: Non-member and other member levels redirect to register rage URL or redirect URL
2: Restricts BP components to Non-member / guest, include:

We just released buddypress members only plugin 3.6.2, in this version, we added buddypress membership levels addon, once you active buddypress membership levels addon, you will find new membership level menu item, in which you can:
* One click to add default 10 membership Levels
* One click to remove default 10 membership Levels
* Edit Label of Default Membership Levels, By default users will see their membership level as “Membership Level 1″… “Membership Level 10” and so on, you can custom the name of membership level as any thing you want, for example: Bronze, Silver, Gold… and so on
* One click to reset module added membership levels reset
* Rewrite some user notice words for help users understand it better
