We are happy to report you, we just released buddypress members only pro plugin 4.6.2, in this version, our developer of buddypress memebrship plugin finished code audit, and improved code quality. 🙂

BuddyPress Members Only is a BuddyPress Membership solution, the buddypress membership plugin help you to make your buddypress site only viewable to logged in member users. Our buddypress membership plugin will restricts non-logged in users  from your private buddypress activity, and protect your buddypress member’s private for example buddypress membership profile, buddypress members page…. and so on, you can protect your buddypress components based on buddypress membership user roles or buddypress membership user levels, our buddypress membership plugi is super easy to use, you can build a buddypress private site in a few minutes,   just activate the plugin, follow detailed guide of each option to finish a little setting work in admin panel, the plugin will protect your buddypress and wordpress perfectly. If you do not setting it in back end, it works well too, it is admin friendly, also our buddypress membership plugin can works with our buddypress paid membership plugin to turn your buddypress site into a revenue source to support your hard works of buddypress site maintenance.

In this new version of buddypress membership plugin, We re-developed our buddypress noindex no follow php file, we use  wordpress ‘ABSPATH’ to enhance security of buddypress no index no follow functions.

BuddyPress Members Only Plugin Site Migrated to New Hosting and Optimized Performance for Our Site

Hope this message find you are doing well and have happy weekend with your family 🙂

We are happy to report you, our BuddyPress Members Only Plugin Site Migrated to New Hosting and Optimized Performance for Our Site!

With the new hosting, we will do more works for your buddypress membership plugin site, we plan to adding CDN for buddypress membership site, and we plan to add more buddypress plugins into out buddypress membership site, the next buddypress plugin we will online for buddypress users is buddypress cache plugin, we developed buddyress cache plugin about 5 years before, we using it for our own buddypress network social sites, now we will share it with our buddypress members only users 🙂

Also we have speed up our buddepress membership plugin site, before we optimized our buddypress network social membership site, it is slow, but now if you open pages on buddypress network social membership site, you will find you can open pages in 2s~3s 🙂

In last few months, we have a little trouble and we are come back to develop more buddypress plugins for users, you will see many buddypress plugins soon 🙂

BuddyPress Membership Plugin 4.6.0 Released

We are happy to report you, we have finished a new buddypress membership plugin version, in buddypress membership plugin 4.6.0,when users deactivate the plugin, we will remove rewrite rules automatically. 🙂

We have released a few members only plugin, for example buddypress members only plugin, wordpress pay with a link plugin, wordpress pay with a comment plugin, wordpress pay with a register or login user plugin, we are developing a few new membership  plugins,  if you have any feature request of buddypress membership plugin, please don’t hesitate to tell us 🙂

BuddyPress Membership Plugin Version 4.5.8 Released

Dear BuddyPress Membership Plugin Users,

We get a user’s report, in which he said buddypress home page will be redirected to the wordpress login page, and he give us the reason, thank you so much, please contact us and we have a gift for you!  I am happy to report you, we have re-developed buddypress membership plugin 4.5.8 to solve this problem, in the buddypress members only version 4.5.8, we fixed this bug in Custom / Hide WordPress Login Link, in some special cases, it will caused home page redirect to login page, with the new version, this bug solved. 🙂

Thanks for the suggestion of buddypress members only plugin, we are developing a few new membership  plugins, we are happy to release it in recent days, if you have any feature request of buddypress membership plugin, please don’t hesitate to tell us 🙂

I am happy to report you, we just released buddypress membership plugin 4.5.4, in this version, we improved buddypress membership plugin installation features, when new buddypress membership plugin users install buddypress membership pro plugin, they do not need to deactivate buddypress membership free plugin again,  they can just activate buddypress membership pro directly, and buddypress membership pro plugin will deactivate buddypress membership free plugin automatically.

We are happy to report you, we have released buddypress members only pro plugin 4.5.2, in buddypress membership pro plugin 4.5.2, we finished new code audit, and we have improved code quality on “Buddypress Page Restricts” module , Buddypress Page Restricts module will help users decide which pages should open to guest, and which pages should protected and just show content for logged in users,  we have moved all functions of “Buddypress Page Restricts” to a dedicated php file for build more functions of page restrirts. And we use wordpress sanitize functions and defined(‘ABSPATH’) to improve security of new “Buddypress Members Only Setting” module,we are developing a new buddypress membership plugin version to add more amazing features for buddypress membership plugin, you will see it soon 🙂

Code audit and improve code quality on “Buddypress Members Only Setting” module , we moveed all codes of “Buddypress Members Only Setting” into a dedicated php file, for add new functions more easier, also we have used wordpress sanitize functions and defined(‘ABSPATH’) to improve security of new “Buddypress Members Only Setting” module

How to Hide BuddyPress Members Page to Everybody?

Hi BuddyPress Membership Users,

A buddypress user asked us a question, he said he have a medical buddypress site, he want to know how to stop any buddypress logged in users and guest view buddypress members page? I think maybe many more users have the same question, I am happy to reply in here publicly:

How to Hide BuddyPress Members Page to Everybody?

1: Login your account at buddypress membership plugin site

2: Download buddypress membership plugin via “My account” page

3: Login your wordpress admin area

4: Click “Plugins” menu item

5: Deactivated old buddypress membership verion

6: Delete the old buddypress membership plugin

7: In “Plugins” menu item, click add new at the top of the plugins panel

8: Upload the new buddypress membership plugin zip file which you downloaded from buddypress memebrs only plugin site

9: Activate latest version of buddypress membership plugin

10: Click “BP Members Only” menu item

11: Click “BP Components” sub menu item, you will open “Buddypress Members Only Components Setting:” panel

12: You will find we have listed all users roles include guest user roles for you, please click any user roles in this panel, it looks like this:

13: You will find we have  listed all buddypress components for each user role, please just checked to open or close “Buddypress Members  Component”  checkbox, it looks like this:

13 Click “Submit” button

14 In front end, when guest user or logged in members view your buddypress members page, they will be redirected to the custom URL which you set up in buddypress membership plugin settings panel. By this way, you can make the buddypress members page private, no any one can open buddypress members page 🙂
